LDS’s Job Placement program helps adults with special needs find and keep jobs in the community.
Included in the process is a long-term commitment to each client.
LDS provides “job coaches” who serve as advocates and mentors for clients on the job.
Currently LDS supports 200 people in jobs throughout the Louisville area.
